We accept cards for orders from the US and overseas.
However, different shipping charges for overseas orders apply. Please call 202-232-9032 or e-mail us

Delivery
Your order will be promptly filled after we process your payment. Items
that are in stock are shipped within three days. Because most of our products are made by individual craftsmen or small companies, our suppliers may
occasionally run out of a product. If there’s a delay, we’ll email you with the expected delivery date. You may wait for the item, substitute another
product, or cancel your order at this point.

Returns & Exchanges
Eco-Artware.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to exchange or
issue a credit or full refund for merchandise returned in excellent condition. Just send the package back to us, along with the original packing slip, via
insured priority mail.
Please call us toll-free at 1-877-326-2781 for the proper address for returns before sending the package. Eco-
Artware.com does not pay the return shipping costs. We will notify you as soon as your refund has been processed.
